Hello, I have a problem with withdrawing from a commercial purchase (with a right of withdrawal). I bought an item from a seller on 10/3. Shortly after I had completed the transaction and paid, I found the same item elsewhere for over 10% less.So I contacted the buyer via Ebay and exercised my right of withdrawal, with the request not to send the item anymore.The next day the seller told me that he had already shipped the item.So, to avoid wasting unnecessary time, I had the item returned via DHL on 12/3. DHL also confirmed this and confirmed the direct return as having arrived in the destination area on 14/3.Since then, the package has been going back and forth between the distribution center and the seller.I have also already asked the seller to initiate a trace request for the package. But apart from a meaningless comment, nothing comes of it.I tried to start a trace with DHL; it doesn't work because I'm not the client. The friendly lady at DHL support did tell me that I wouldn't get any information about the specific case, but she did confirm that there is no trace request. In general, she also said that such ping-pong shipments happen, for example, when the sender address, which has become the return address, is not correct or delivery cannot be made there. Now Ebay is setting me a deadline that I should make the return for the above case by tomorrow, otherwise the case would be closed to my disadvantage.
