Purchase not in myEbay after accepted counteroffer, even though already paid | Members help members

I bought a watch (with authenticity check) after a counteroffer accepted by the seller and paid via PayPal. I received a confirmation email with a link. Order no. in the confirmation and PayPal payment are identical - and the recipient is Ebay. So far so good. However, the purchase cannot be found under my Ebay/My Purchases. Ebay Help is unfortunately no help. Can anyone possibly help?Thanks, best regards, JO
