I requested a purchase cancellation because I bought the wrong technical item.
Although the item has not yet been shipped, the seller is refusing to cancel it?

It's possible that your seller has already shipped the item and therefore couldn't cancel the purchase anymore. I recommend waiting until you receive the item. After that, you can initiate a return, up to 30 calendar days after the purchase date.

Mentor2 months agoWith a commercial seller, you have a right of withdrawal that you can exercise at any time within the withdrawal period.
Maybe someone should educate the seller about their obligations.
