Hello everyone,
I hope you can help me with a challenge. A buyer chose "Buy now" but hasn’t transferred the money yet and wants to ship the product to the United Kingdom. Now I’m unsure how to proceed. Has anyone of you had similar experiences?
Maybe you can also give tips on how best to handle situations like this. What are your strategies for making sure payment is received before the item is shipped? I’m also interested in your experiences with buyer reliability in international transactions.
Looking forward to your advice and experiences!

Mentor1 month agoOne good piece of advice we recommend to all private sellers: do NOT ship abroad if you can't live with losing money and goods afterward!

In general, the item is shipped after payment has been received. The money goes to eBay and then they tell you, money received, please ship.
The item is only sent to the delivery address stored with eBay. Otherwise you lose your seller protection.
