Hello, I bought an item on 5/6/2026, paid for it properly right away via PayPal, and picked it up. However, the seller now wants to receive the amount in some other way, excluding eBay. The money I transferred was returned to me again without my knowledge or action. How should I proceed?

And NO, payment is made exclusively via eBay, there is no paying behind the scenes on eBay.
Tell your seller that, they have to stick to the rule, like everyone else.
