Buy with eBay credit

Question

I have an ebay balance from my sales over the last 8 months. Now I’ve won an item from another ebayer and want to pay for this item with my ebay balance. But when I’m on the "Pay" page I only have the options: Pay with credit card, pay with Paypal or pay with Google Pay! How can I enter that I want to pay with my ebay balance?

Hi, hi.

Take a look here. It also lists what the exceptions are when buying with credit:

Not all items can be paid for with credit, and only within Germany. There are still a few payment methods missing. Have you cleared the cache & deleted cookies? Tried another browser?
