Money refunded, now the item has arrived with the buyer after all. How do I get my money back through eBay?

did you ship within the processing time you set yourself, with tracking, and enter the tracking number on Ebay?
Did the buyer open a case about an item not received)
If so, how and within what time did you respond to it?

Mentor2 weeks agoNot on eBay at all! For eBay, the matter is settled, and now that has to be sorted out directly with the buyer.
