Withdraw purchase proposal because an incorrect offer price was adopted
Hello, I have an item for sale and was prompted by eBay to submit a price suggestion. A formatting error occurred while submitting it.
Among my sales there is a Porsche watch, item no. 327024141677, and during formatting, instead of 1,450.00€, the price of 1.45€ was submitted in the offer!!!!!!!!!!
For almost 20 minutes now I’ve been unsuccessfully trying to get in touch with customer service at eBay. The AI doesn’t understand the issue.

The watch was sold for 1.49? And in Germany, numbers are not separated with a period but with a comma.
And what exactly do you want now?
And like all companies, ebay also has a legal notice where you can find contact options.

if you sell on eBay, in the sales overview for your items there is a number shown from potential buyers on their watched items. After some time, eBay adds the note "send buyers an offer" to the item.
The formatting was correct, shown as 1,450.00 €. There are a lot of programming errors on eBay, which I have also reported to eBay from my 24 years of eBay membership. In my feedback you can see the same phenomenon, which happened with a Rolex watch at 8,450.00 €. That's why I do pay very close attention to the problem.

If yes, cancel the purchase.
If not, end the offer and post it again, then the price suggestion is void.
