No offer due to alleged fundamental violations in the offer text > AI review error
Summary: pzmanne reports that an article was blocked by an AI review because of alleged violations of the rules, and that no direct customer support is available to clarify the issue. meinehexe11 suggests checking the guidelines for prohibited articles on a specific website and suspects that reports from other users may have led to the deletion. If the article does not violate the guidelines, pzmanne should report the incident again so that a staff member can review the case.
Hello, I’ve listed a standard item, also based on the wording used by other providers, and now I’m
being put through an AI review of the offer into a situation where I’m said to have violated supposed basic rules, and the offer
is not being listed. I’m supposed to remove the incorrect basic rule violations. Since this offer does not exist until the matter is clarified
you can’t speak to a customer service representative specifically. Submitting a complaint and getting clarification can take months
to process. This is where customer service is falling short, once again. Customer care and real help for the customer are missing here again. I’m curious what AI will produce in the future with errors. I don’t see good prospects.

You can take a look here
Prohibited items
https://www.ebay.de/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/unzulssige-artikel?id=4207&st=3&pos=6&query=Unzul%C3%A4ssige%20Artikel&intent=kindersitz&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1176.
The fact that the item is also listed here on eBay by other sellers means nothing at all. Deleting items is based 99% on reports. So that only means that your item was probably reported and the other sellers' items were not.
If your item is in fact not one of the policy violations, then report again here what kind of item it is. Then an eBay employee will take a look at it.
