No field available for entering the package size

Question

Hello,
when I click on "List item" this notice is displayed: "Apparently something is missing or invalid. Please fix all issues and then try again. Package size." But in the form I don't have any input field where I can specify the package size. eBay Assistant behind the "Contact eBay" button unfortunately doesn’t provide any proper help.

How can I solve the problem?

Thanks for the follow-up questions. eBay has now shown me some topics under "Similar discussions" that suggest to me that the problem, or rather this notice, ""Apparently something is missing ..."" occurs with the items that ebay has selected for authenticity verification.
Note:
I have already spent hours in the phone queue, even spoken with the staff a few times. I’m being told that I’ve been forwarded to the "authenticity verification" team. Then I listen to hold music for hours. After an hour, the connection was then disconnected. Now I’m playing the queue game again ;-|.

Hey @karackas which form are you using? App, quick setup tool or advanced sales form? In the latter there is actually a package size option, that it’s required seems new to me, though.

which settings tool are you using?

I myself use the Seller Cockpit Pro with the Chrome browser, and I don’t have such problems there.

Here, the package size is optional, so it doesn’t have to be entered.
