I wanted to be connected with a staff member. After x stupid follow-up questions, the programmed "assistant" finally explains: "A staff member will call in a minute." I'VE NOW BEEN WAITING IN VAIN FOR THIS CALL FOR A GOOD 20 MINUTES. HOW can you still contact Ebay by phone? At the phone number +4933203851021, the chat assistant casually explains that it is not business hours (at 11 o'clock) and that no staff member is available, and then hangs up on you. Apparently the chats are just about fobbing people off. Does anyone know what to do?
