Bids not possible
Summary: steuernase2002 reports that they are unable to place bids because, allegedly, there are outstanding payments on another account, which they do not use. They contacted support, but so far no help has been provided. perfect-sally asks for more details and suspects a problem with another account. Selina from eBay forwarded the issue to technical support. Despite repeated follow-ups and feedback from steuernase2002, the problem remained unresolved for over a week. Finally, an employee recommends trying to bid again, as internal information says the issue should have been fixed.

I can’t place any bids right now because there are supposed to be outstanding payments on another account I use. However, I only use this account. Support hasn’t been helpful so far. What should I do?

we are still consulting with a specialized department on this and unfortunately there is still no final update on it. As soon as more information becomes available, we will get back to you here again and can only ask for your patience for now, even if it is hard.Update 15:55: Could you please try bidding again, because according to our information it should now work again without any problems for you. OP3 weeks agoHello, nothing has happened here for a week now, I still can’t place any bids, which is pretty annoying. Honestly, 2700 positive ratings as BH iezer don’t just fall from the sky. At the very least, I’m losing money this late, and eBay is losing revenue just like the sellers are. Disappointing that absolutely nothing is happening.
