Hello everyone, I’m a bit at a loss because I’ve now been dealing with this issue since the end of December. In December I won several items very cheaply from an eBay seller and got in touch with the seller right from the start. The question and request was always that they should please pack ALL the items together in one package and send them (it’s about 8-10 books). Unfortunately, I haven’t received a single message back from the seller so far.Reporting the whole thing to eBay is apparently more difficult than contacting the Pope ... A while ago I finally discovered the official button on eBay that says something like “Request total / combined shipping from buyer”.But even there, nothing has happened so far on the seller’s side. The eBay chat is not very helpful, because I do NOT want to cancel the purchases. I want the books I won, but WITHOUT having to pay shipping 10 times at 3 € per book in eBay’s automated process. (The item value is maybe only 20 € ... so 30 € shipping would be rather inappropriate!!!) And if I click the button “Item not received”, eBay immediately tells me that I haven’t paid yet anyway. A vicious circle!!! Where exactly can I use a button to insist on fulfillment of my purchase and let them know that the seller never got in touch from the beginning? Has anyone had this before and somehow knows what to do?I’d also really like to just write a normal email to eBay or speak to a person (not a computer or AI) at eBay customer service.It just can’t be that a seller simply doesn’t get back to you for weeks and doesn’t reply to a single one of my messages sent via eBay. In the end they’ll probably say I didn’t pay for the items I won... Thanks in advance for your help.
