No cancellation DHL apparently

Question

I bought the DHL shipping label via eBay. The package was not handed in at DHL and the shipping label was not used. When I try to cancel, the message still appears: “already used”. Please check the tracking number or the drop-off status and cancel/refund the unused shipping label.

I suspect that your customer agreed on a drop-off location with DHL and Ebay therefore already marked the label as used.
