payment not received
hello,
I sold something and according to eBay the money should have been in my eBay account from 30/07 onward. It’s 02/08 now and there’s nothing, it still shows 0. But when I click on the item, it says the money is already in my eBay account???

Your outstanding costs, such as fees or shipping costs, are offset directly against your eBay balance. Since your costs currently exceed your available amounts due to some holds, your eBay balance is 0.00 EUR.
In your transaction activity, you can find a list of all transactions. If you set the filter to "eBay balance", you can see which costs were deducted from your balance.

money from eBay doesn’t automatically go into your verified bank account. You have to transfer any existing balance to your account yourself.
Take a look in your eBay account -> Payments. There should be a large blue box showing the payout amount. There you’ll have various options for what you can do with the balance. Among other things, you can also transfer it to your account.

OP1 week agothe point is not that there is nothing in my bank account. I had already said that it is my eBay account… I have no balance even though the money for the item should have been in there for 3 days. that's the problem….
