Combined invoice cannot be created

Hello ....can someone help me with this, ..a buyer bought several items from me ....the buyer wants a combined invoice, unfortunately I can't provide one, when I changed the shipping method and price and want to click send, I get this message from Ebay :
"The selected orders cannot be combined because one or more items are not eligible for combined payment. "
what can I do about that ?? MFG

Mentor1 month agoYes, that can happen when you want to combine different shipping methods. eBay often doesn't allow that.
To keep it as simple as possible, I would agree with the buyer that everything is paid for in full and you refund the amount paid too much right away.
