Combined shipping

Hello, I have three auctions where the same buyer won. So ebay is smart and shows me an overview page where it has summarized all three items.
However, I can’t generate a payment request, because I get the message that combined shipping is not possible.
The problem seems to me to be that the items are also offered as “pickup possible.” In any case, since the auctions have expired, I can no longer edit them either. Nor can I send three separate payment requests. But also no single overall request. So, a death spiral.
The chatbot doesn’t help, and the support hotline says there are no business hours (it is 4 p.m.).
What to do?

The buyer has already paid, so unfortunately I can no longer check what’s going on there.
You can still send everything together and refund the buyer the excess shipping costs.

OP2 weeks agoNo, I can't do that. If I want to generate the invoice for a single auction, it immediately goes to the page with the three auctions to combine them. Then submitting isn't possible here. That's why I'm so at a loss.

You can no longer create an invoice either, since it has already been paid.
You have to process the refund manually.
