Combined shipping
I want to send a combined shipping invoice to the buyer. He has 2 addresses....1x USA and 1x Germany...unfortunately I can only send him the invoice to the USA...with the German address it always says try again....but it doesn't work?!

you ship to the shipping address / delivery address stored with ebay.
The shipping address will be shown to you after payment for the sold items.
