Comma is not recognized as a comma when entering amounts

These technical changes over the last few weeks are really annoying! How much longer is this going to go on?

Can IT fix the problem that American values are being counted in the decimal point/comma detection instead of continental European formatting when entering amounts while creating listings?

When creating new offers, the system recognizes a comma as a thousands separator in US formatting and not as a European comma. This results in absurd prices. Clearing the cache has no effect.

It's not okay to create so many errors during the switch-over in live operation and then need days to change something as simple as decimal detection. First the location is wrong, then wrong prices are generated, now photos can't be loaded because of the preview change. Does Ebay really make so little from the fees that they can't hire proper IT?
