I have a question for the community; unfortunately, I can’t find the answer in Ebay’s help pages. I’m in the unfortunate situation of having to return several different items from the same seller. These items are listed separately on Ebay, but arrived with me in one package. I have Ebay Plus, so the return shipping is covered by Ebay. But I can’t find any way to select multiple items in one return and get a free return label via Ebay Plus. The seller still hasn’t replied either. Does this option simply not exist, and do I have to send each item back separately, which means I have to find several boxes to ship them back in?

I've gone ahead and entered the correct tracking number for each case and then closed it accordingly, since your seller received the item a week ago already.
The refund should be visible to you within 48 hours.

You can let the seller know the tracking number and also point out that you’re only sending one parcel. You can do this directly through the normal messages.

Thanks again. I just dropped off the entire order via Hermes, and for the individual item whose tracking number I used, I’ve already also received a credit (tracking number 75205167530207). I told the seller everything, let’s see if it works out.

The return arrived with the seller, and he sent written confirmation of this on 27/07. Since the return is supposed to be checked first, he asked for some time (around up to 6 days, according to the T&Cs up to 14 days for that). So far, though, there has been no further response or refund. Should I still wait out the 14 days (because you said the seller would have 2 days, right)?

If you have sent everything back in a way that complies with eBay rules and is verifiable, you can either contact eBay or an eBay employee will take a look at it.

Thanks a lot for your replies. Then I’ll do it that way. Regarding entering the return number for each item, does that mean that I manually enter the same return number each time - namely the one I ultimately use for the return. Correct?

OP2 weeks agoSorry, one more question. I’ve now submitted a return request for each item. That of course automatically generated a return label. Where can I now enter the return number for all items? I don’t see any option to do that in the details of the return for an item.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou have to open a return for each item, but you can send them back together. The important thing is that the return number is stored with each item.
An eBay employee will chime in here shortly and tell you more about it.
