I want to send my buyer a message, but I’m getting the message that I’m not allowed to enter an email address. Even after I deleted the email address, I still get the error message and can’t send it.

Mentor2 weeks agoHas the buyer already paid? Ebay doesn't like it very much when certain data is written before a purchase or payment.
