I've been trying for days to get a personal contact at Ebay !!!
Only automated notices or voicemail!

There’s a legal notice where you can find contact options.
There’s the bot, to which you can write to staff several times; at some point it gets the message and you’ll get a callback.
You can also describe your problem here and we’ll try to help. There’s also an eBay employee present here whom we can invite if needed.
