Contact with eBay
I bought a milk frother that stopped working after 2 months. It’s covered by the warranty. I contacted the seller, but they’re not getting back to me. On eBay I only get an AI that doesn’t understand anything. How can I get in touch with eBay?

Mentor1 month agoA seller does not give a warranty, only manufacturers do that!
Ebay is also not responsible for enforcing your consumer rights, you have to take care of that yourself.
In addition, ebay also has a legal notice where you can find further contact options.
