Can anyone tell me why the money from my sales isn’t being added to my balance, but is only shown in the yearly overview? And my balance says 0.00€ available. What can be done about that, it’s been like this the whole time now? What is this and how do I please get my money? eBay customer service, no chance of thinking you can easily find that here without being pushed through 1000 pages.

could it be that you paid for shipping using the credit, or maybe additional fees were deducted too?
apart from that, it wouldn’t be a bad idea if you described the items in your own words and didn’t let the AI do it for you; besides, it should always be stated how and with whom the item is being shipped - and for the amounts involved, that should ideally not happen without full tracking and insurance
