Account permanently blocked – no specific reason provided / payout of €2,700

I hope someone here can help me, because at the moment I really don’t know how I should proceed.
I only recently started using eBay and so far have only made two sales. One of them was worth around €2,700. The buyer picked up the item in person. The pickup was confirmed using the corresponding pickup code, and I also have proof of the transaction.
Shortly after that, my eBay account was permanently suspended.
The only explanation I’m given is that my account would pose a “risk to the eBay community and the platform” or that my account does not comply with eBay’s policies.
I have contacted eBay customer service multiple times and explicitly asked which specific action, piece of information, or violation led to this suspension. Unfortunately, I’m not getting a concrete answer. I’m only told that the decision is final and that they can’t tell me the exact reason.
I’m especially concerned about the approx. €2,700 from the sale that has already been completed. Customer service told me that I will basically receive my money, but the payout may be withheld for up to six months.
Has anyone ever been in a similar situation?
* Is there a way to request another manual review of the suspension?
* Can you file a formal complaint against the decision?
* What documents should I provide to eBay to confirm the transaction and my identity?
* And does anyone have experience with how long such a payout is actually withheld?
I do not want to bypass the suspension or create a new account. I just want to understand what happened, sort the matter out properly, and make sure I receive my money from the sale that has already been completed.

Mentor3 weeks agoHello @cskp5_85 you are being asked to complete your verification again. With either more than 30 sold items or payouts of over €2,000, you count among our top sellers. Due to the Platform Tax Transparency Act, we are required as a marketplace to request certain tax information (tax identification number) from you. If you don't have a tax identification number, you can also provide your place of birth.
