my payout has been withheld for more than 4 months. I submitted the documents requested by Ebay weeks ago.
Yesterday I received the message that my selling will be permanently restricted on the grounds of "endangering the eBay community". I can't get through to customer service with my mobile number. Outrageous!!
In such a case, I would like to know what the specific reasons are.
In addition, I would like to know until when the payout will be blocked!?

Your payouts are blocked because your account is currently restricted or suspended. We have sent you an email describing how you can appeal the restriction or suspension. You can also find this email in your messages in My eBay.
If your appeal is unsuccessful, we normally send you all open payouts. This can take up to 190 days, but sometimes this period can be extended. This gives you enough time to resolve any open disputes or issues with your buyers.

OP2 months agothe payout has already been inexplicably blocked since February. The sales only since May 15.
What bothers me is that they don't give any reasons, or point them out. Yesterday morning I couldn't reach customer service by phone. Since the afternoon all I get is "An error occurred" and I can't get any further, as if I had been blocked by phone too!
If Ebay wants to withhold the money in order to ensure buyer protection, the suspension should last at most 30 days after the last sale, no longer! Or did I miss something?

OP2 months agoeBay employees could have pointed that out before they permanently suspended my account. I called a hundred times to find out what the issue was. The answer was always "I’ll pass it on." Sorry, but that’s not what you call customer service. Now I can only look for another platform. Is that sensible for eBay or the "eBay Community"?
Besides, in practice there wasn’t a single dissatisfied customer! Everyone who was unhappy with the item got their money back.
