Hi everyone.I have a problem with my account.Around 3 weeks ago we received an email in English. The account would be restricted because of BBE.Nothing has been working for 2 weeks now. The money has also been frozen.I have now called customer service 6x (!) times, each time being told that the specialist department would call back within 2-3 days. Of course, that still hasn’t happened to this day.In the last 6 months we received a bad review, but that was a transport damage for which we were not responsible. And a neutral one because the buyer didn’t see that we don’t ship to England.What else can we do in this case? I’m very close to closing the account.Thanks in advanceUweAll other reviews were positive.
