Account restricted because of an article that isn't even mine!!!!

eBay is restricting my account because of an item that isn’t even
mine!!
I had offered a Balenciaga bikini for sale and have
an original invoice for it!! My listing had a completely
different item number than the item because of which my account
was restricted.
eBay couldn’t clarify that even though I sent them the original invoice
.
I asked them to review it manually, but the person who handled
it didn’t read my complaint properly and didn’t understand properly
what the issue is.
On the phone, the employee couldn’t help me either; his German was
really bad, he probably didn’t understand me properly.
Can someone tell me what else I should do.

OP1 week agoI have already filed a complaint several times. They couldn't resolve it..
I even sent them the invoice and still the restriction remained.
On 21/08 I ended the offer.
Yesterday I got another email saying my account was restricted again even though the specialist department has the invoice and the offer was already ended 10 days ago.
That means nobody checked properly what is going on
That is disappointing!!!

OP1 week agoAccount restriction is being associated with my Balenciaga bikini, or rather with my listing 407134108687, in connection with the article 407123002217.
For my Balenciaga bikini with article number 407134108687, I also have an invoice as proof of the item's origin and authenticity. I am willing to provide this invoice for verification.
I ended the listing with item no. 407134108687 on 21.08 because it annoyed me so much.
On 1.09 I get another email saying my account has been restricted again because of item number 407134108687!!!
Excuse me? How is that possible if the listing was ended.
My complaint didn't help, not for the second time either..
I have an invoice for it, they can check it there!! But they don't do that...
