Account change from private to business

Good morning everyone,
I created another eBay account (for my UG) to sell commercially there. Unfortunately, I set up this account as a private one.
According to the eBay help and also Chat GPT, it is possible to change the account.
However, in the account settings there is no way to change the account type?
Has anyone had any experience with this?
I’d like to delete the account and wait until I can reuse the email.

Mentor2 weeks agoHello @solinova as far as is known, the button for changing to business only appears once offers have been uploaded with the eBay account or once the first sale has gone through.
