Account verified, still can't configure it?
Hello all,
my account is verified according to MA, I’ve now also done everything else that was suggested; today I reduced my photos, in case that was the issue.
I also cleared the cache, it’s a mystery to me why I can’t set anything. Always the same: the settings button is blue, when it’s clicked it turns gray, otherwise nothing happens. No error messages either.

our specialist department has reviewed your request. The error could not be reproduced here, an article should have been posted. Please check your settings again in Mozilla Firefox or try it once with another browser.

Firefox, updated to Extended Support, never had any problems on Ebay, not even at the end of last year. The preview doesn’t work either
