Account restriction
Summary: geissbock6969 reports an account restriction on an online marketplace. Allegedly, well-known people bid on their items, which led to the restriction, even though no auctions were active. Customer service was unable to provide any proof and continues to pressure the user with identical messages about the problem.
For about 2 months now, my account has been restricted so much that I can only offer Buy It Now because supposedly people I know have bid on my items. When I asked, eBay couldn’t provide me with any proof. Since then, every week I get the same crappy message from eBay saying that I’m no longer allowed to take part in auctions because supposedly acquaintances of mine keep bidding on my items. How is that supposed to work, please, if I haven’t listed any auctions anymore.
This is just ridiculous and annoying and harassing. I’ve already explained my problem to customer service. But they don’t want to understand it or can’t.
eBay should finally stop bothering me with these stupid emails.

Over the last few days, you keep hearing these kinds of reports more often, but they’re no more than 2 months old.
And if you ask me, your account is rightly restricted because with your FSK18 media you’re consistently violating the rules — or are you really trying to tell us that for €3 shipping there’s a DHL parcel with age verification?
Keep it up and your account will probably get fully blocked.
