Account restrictions
My account has been restricted and my payout is being withheld. I tried to complete the required bank account verification, but it doesn't work. My current bank account is in my name and my old bank account (the one my eBay account is linked to) I can't fix the account restriction myself. What should I do??

The bank details must match the account holder of the eBay account.
Please check your details there.
