my account was restricted today for no reason at all. After the phone verification, I was transferred to the payments department, where I was told that my account had now simply been permanently blocked. When I asked what the reason was, they only replied due to risk reasons. They wouldn’t say anything more. My money will also be withheld for 190 days. From my side, there was no violation of the rules or anything like that.
No one at eBay is answering the phone anymore.
Can you file a complaint or an appeal against eBay with eBay? I’m only being forwarded to the AI assistant
