Hello dear community, I’ve got a question. Yesterday, quite out of the blue, I was sent the message that part of my data could not be verified and that I needed to verify my bank account. Why that is is not the issue for me right now - I’ll just do it again, even though it has worked smoothly so far.However, the HOW raises questions for me: There was no warning, request, or prompt whatsoever that I needed to take care of anything.I mean, maybe they could first send some information and if the member doesn’t respond to that, take further action. But to shut everything down immediately is not only extremely rude, but also completely inappropriate.I actually wanted to withdraw some weekend money today, but I can forget about that now.Is that common at ebay?
