Account linking fails
Hello everyone
I’ve already tried several times to link my bank account for paying out my balance. Unfortunately, it always fails. I don’t know what else to do :-(
I tried it directly via the app, but also entered it manually. Unfortunately, it always fails.
Do you have any idea what else I can do?

Mentor1 week agoYou don't do that with the app, it often doesn't work there. On the PC, try clearing the cache and deleting cookies, maybe try another browser.
Your bank account is also direct debit capable and is under the same name as the eBay account?

Do you maybe have the option to try the verification on a PC? Maybe it's the app. There were times when it wasn't very reliable. Don't know if that's still the case.
