Hey,I need some advice and collective wisdom again. You read that right...I sold an item and shipped it on time, uploaded the tracking, dropped it off at the post office, all good. Today the customer writes to me that he digitally refused acceptance of the shipment and that I should please cancel the order. It turns out...the guy refused acceptance about 6 hours after I shipped it, without any objection, without any kind of communication, without the goods even having somehow reached him. 4 days later he comes back with this. Then it gets schizophrenic....now, 15 min after his message, he puts in a return request because of an item not received :D You couldn't make this stuff up ^^So my question is: how do you deal with this professionally? What can I / should I do? Luckily there is tracking, and you can also see when acceptance was refused.Thanks!
