Customer service is not responding
The seller of the Gardena rubber boots is not accepting my order. I am trying in vain to get an explanation of this process from eBay—in vain. AI and customer service either do not respond or cannot or do not want to understand my inquiry. As a long-time eBay customer, I can’t recommend customer service and am considering switching to Amazon.

Mentor1 month agoHow is customer service supposed to help if a seller doesn’t accept you as a buyer? That is not eBay’s concern and eBay does not force any seller to sell to certain customers.

You may be on his list of banned members and can no longer buy from him.
