Customer contact not possible
Sold a pickup item for €1
After a false post, eBay blocked me, can no longer contact the customer
What can I do?

It is as @hasjana writes. It doesn't depend on the amount; the guidelines must always be followed. Contacting outside of eBay is not desired.
To get the ball rolling here, the seller has to pay and then you can discuss everything else with them.

Actually, you should still be able to write to the buyer, as long as you don't want to share any contact details.
This is allowed if the buyer has paid. You can send the buyer an invoice with the shipping costs so they can pay them.

Has the item already been paid for? Then it should actually be possible to tell the buyer the pickup address.

Can’t the customer just pay on pickup? I can also do it free of charge, but how can I get in touch with the customer about the pickup address and appointment?

Mentor3 weeks agoThere are only very few items left that may be paid for upon pickup; this one is not one of them.
If you could please give the item number, an eBay staff member can look into what’s causing the issue. She’ll get back to you here.

I assume you mean the gas grill cart (eBay item no.:178386488693).
It was only sold yesterday shortly before 17:00. A buyer has a few days to pay for the item. After that period, you can report an unpaid item.

the buyer has to pay via eBay, even if it's only 1 euro - after the payment has been confirmed, you're allowed to send them your contact details
