Or you keep telling the bot to call you back or to get a human several times until it gets it.

OP3 weeks agoThanks, tried everything. The number in the legal notice is also just a machine. Not even a contact form or email address

OP3 weeks agoMy problem is this: Bought the item, it arrived defective, got a return QR code from eBay, dropped it off at Hermes, got a refund. After 14 days, the package came back unopened with the note, refused acceptance. In the meantime, I got a call from the criminal police about internet fraud, saying there was a report against me. No joke, it was the police from the seller’s town. That’s why I need help from eBay.

Mentor3 weeks ago · EditedHow is ebay supposed to help with that? You surely have proof of the refusal to accept the parcel that you can present to the criminal police.
For ebay, the refund issue is settled.
And actually, if anything, the criminal police from your area would contact you and ask for information. Don’t worry about it, you did everything right and now you just need to keep the item in case anything else comes up and the seller wants the item back. But then they have to pay you the return shipping costs in advance!
