Hello everyone, Hello great_cases_toys_gbr, Since I’m not authorized here, I opened a new topic because I think the problem could occur with many GbRs with older business registrations. All offers on my account were also blocked because the company name could not be verified. I was able to solve the problem with the company name, and as a result my account was unlocked again. After I uploaded my company documents several times, the problem with the company name still persisted. Yesterday I went to the municipality to find out about further options for what can still be done to solve the problem with the company name. There, the business registration form from 1998 was replaced with the current form for a business registration. Now field 1 shows the current wording: GbR with M K, R K Civil law partnership (GbR;BGB partnership) And in field 3 "Name of the business" Kraus GbR or R and M K GbR After uploading the two business certificates, my account was unlocked again.
