Hello everyone, I currently have a big problem with eBay:My listing for an original Labubu figure by POP MART has already been reported by eBay as “counterfeit” twice. In the first listing, I mentioned in the description text that genuine Labubu figures cost at least €20, that my item comes directly from the manufacturer POP MART, and that all cheaper offers are fakes. This listing was rejected. After speaking with support, I was told to list the item again, which I did.But on the second attempt, the offer was again automatically declared a counterfeit.I then uploaded my original invoice from POP MART via the clarification function — directly from the only official manufacturer. Nevertheless, the listing was blocked again, apparently by an automated system or an uninformed employee. Honestly, I’m pretty frustrated.I have been registered with eBay since 2010 and have always sold original products up to now. In my opinion, support has gotten much worse due to outsourcing, and genuine sellers are being put at a disadvantage. I want this case to finally be resolved:How can it be that even an original invoice from the manufacturer is not enough to overturn a false marking as “fake”?
