I bought 2 lamps from a private seller on 07/02/2025. But I only received 1 lamp. (This was sent directly via the OTTO mail order company!)That made me suspicious.I reported it and the decision was made in favor of the seller, because 1 tracking number was provided.I filed an appeal with the exact explanation that I ordered 2 lamps and only received 1.It was decided again in favor of the seller.I myself get no replies from the seller. Except for this: If you only receive one package, I am prepared to refund you half of the amount.That already says everything, namely that I should have received 2 packages.How do I get my money back now?Ebay does nothing here except side with the seller.
