there is no help line or email adress in ebay..What a shame for this site...So i sended a mobile phone in France from Germany...After a week i got a notification saying we have great news uour item was delivered...Next days new notification that bayer claims he didnt find it....try to find a way to speak someone from ebay but no helpline chat or mail exist....So what know just accept that i lost an iphone?

what a disgrace for the website?

You can always have customer service call you back and explain your problem there.

However, if you ship to France, the local website is responsible for resolving problems.
