Delivery address was provided incorrectly/incompletely by the buyer

Question

A parcel could not be delivered to the buyer due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer. It was sent back to the seller. No response was received to a message to the buyer. How can I report the incident to Ebay? There is no fault on my part. What option do I have to resend the item to the buyer again at their expense?
