Hello everyone, I have a problem here regarding my auction no. 406058697419 I sold a book/magazine as a private seller,shipped as a merchandise shipment without tracking numberbut I have proof from the post office, since I had dropped off several items that day. after 2 weeks the buyer reports an item not received and opens a case through PayPal. I respond appropriately and receive a negative rating from the buyer then I researched and found out: the buyer's delivery address is identical to the JVA in Schwäbisch Hall according to their website, letters are not delivered there. I assume that the buyer (Syrian male name) is incarcerated there and that the mail is being withheld, alternatively it would be possible that he works there, which I consider unlikely, I asked eBay unsuccessfully to remove the negative rating, since I am not at fault. I sent eBay a screenshot of the purchase process with the delivery address. I didn't get an email address from eBay, so I always had to click various buttons to send a message. I do not want to accept this negative rating. a JVA is not a delivery address for a private person! what do you think? best wishes and regards tanzen222
