The buyer has paid but left an incomplete delivery address on Ebay, consisting of name, post office branch xxx and town. The DHL shipping entry as well as on Ebay absolutely requires a DHL customer number (which I don't know). There has been no response to numerous emails and calls. Now the customer has apparently complained to Ebay and Ebay has blocked my payouts, even though there is nothing I can do now. What am I supposed to do now ??
