Artikel was sent by me last week, the tracking from the postal service shows that the item was picked up at the post office and therefore the buyer has received their goods. eBay's tracking still shows as not yet delivered and therefore no payout of the purchase amount. What can I do?

@007ute Hey. 🙂 Can you please send me the article number? I can see two sales on your account. The first is marked as delivered, and payment was released yesterday. The second sale was only shipped yesterday.
