Delivery not yet completed
Hello everyone,
I shipped 4 rims to the customer on 24/07/2026 with Hermes Austria as a business owner.
The customer confirmed the delivery to me via eBay messages, but the delivery status is still active in the seller cockpit, so I still can't get my money from eBay.
What can I do about it?

Mentor3 weeks agoHello @anfelgen here you stated in the shipment tracking that it was delivered by DHL and this tracking is invalid at that moment? With Hermes he can't find the shipment tracking either.
After 30 days, the credit will then be issued automatically here.

Yeah, eBay tracking often gets stuck. Although quite a bit of time has passed by now. @alena@ebay could you please take a look?

OP3 weeks agoIt became a problem the moment I entered the Austrian Hermes tracking number.
I’ve now had to find out that it doesn’t work with a foreign tracking number; eBay doesn’t recognize such numbers.
The buyer confirmed delivery to me.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe buyer's confirmation is not relevant for eBay. But on the Hermes page at least, the delivery should be visible.
But when I ship with Hermes D to Austria, I've never had any problems with tracking, not even through eBay. It only doesn't work the other way around?

OP3 weeks agoSo far, I haven’t had any problems shipping from Germany abroad either.
This time I handled the shipping directly in Austria
