hello, I ordered something on eBay without registering, now I can't print the shipping label. or rather, the link doesn't work. can I get it as a PDF by email too?

For guest orders, unfortunately you have to contact customer service.
Contact info is in the legal notice or write employee or callback to the bot several times - eventually it’ll get it.
