log in with error, then in English

can someone help me.. contacting ebay is such a pain..
for about a week now I can only log in (Firefox) like this: first comes error.... when I click дальше, everything comes up in English..
the bad thing is, it won't switch back to German... even worse: I can't buy shipping labels anymore because I'm not on the German site...
probably with the new update (view photos in the listing now with extra clicking), because ever since I got the latest nonsense, it only goes on in English...
can anyone help, or are others having the same problems?

Clearing the cache and deleting cookies doesn’t make any difference?
Could you please try another browser, Edge or Chrome, to see whether you’re also redirected to the English page then?
